What do I need to do to get my house ready for a cleaning service?
The more picked up/cleared off, the better! Unless you have a separate agreement with the company for decluttering/picking up, the cleaners are there to perform maintenance cleaning duties. This means in order for them to focus their allotted time on what is necessary, it is advised to have floors picked up of clothes, toys, random items, etc. Counters should also be cleared/tidy enough for the cleaners to be able to do a thorough sanitation/disinfection. It does not need to be spotless; a general rule of thumb with our company is as follows: We ask our employees to spend 3-4 minutes in each room to do a quick pick-up; anything longer than that will be worked around and/or skipped.
How do you charge for a cleaning?
We charge a flat rate by the job. We take into consideration the size, condition, and specific needs for each client. We do not take estimates over the phone, but you can select the estimates tab on our website to fill out our intake form. A quote will be sent to you within 1-2 business days!
Are you insured?
YES! We are fully insured and bonded. We would never come into your home without these proper measures in place, in case an accident may occur. If something happened or was not up to your standard, we will immediately send someone back to finish the job right! 100% satisfaction guaranteed!
What type of products do you use?
At Peak Performance Cleaning, we prioritize eco-friendliness in our cleaning practices. Our standard choice of cleaning products is Melaleuca, known for its environmentally friendly formulations. However, we also understand that sometimes tough cleaning challenges require specific solutions. That's why we also carry commonly found products like Mr. Clean, Lysol toilet bowl cleaner, and heavy-duty cleaners. These alternatives allow us to effectively address stubborn build-up when regular products may not suffice, ensuring your space is clean and well-maintained. Your satisfaction and a commitment to sustainability are at the heart of our cleaning product choices.
Do I need to be home/present during the cleaning?
It is not necessary for you to be present while the cleaning takes place. Our service is designed with your convenience in mind. However, if it's more convenient or preferable for you to be present during the cleaning, that is absolutely fine. Please keep in mind that our cleaners follow a specific routine, and having full access to each area they are cleaning is crucial to staying on track with the schedule. Whether you're there or not, our priority is delivering a thorough and efficient cleaning service to meet your needs.
Is it okay if my pets are home during the cleaning?
Yes, it is perfectly okay if your pets are home during our cleaning service. Our team is comfortable working around pets and will do everything possible to ensure their safety and comfort. If you have any specific instructions regarding your pets, please let us know in advance.
Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
We bring all necessary cleaning products and equipment. If you have a preference for certain products or want us to use your supplies, please let us know
